Parent’s Day – When is Parent’s Day 2010

When is Parent’s Day 2010? Parent’s Day is July 25, 2010. Parent’s Day is always celebrated on the fourth Sunday in July.

National Parents Day is a special day created to honor your mother and father. This day i also a time to celebrate the family structure and your family values. The family unit is an important structure for the health of children, and the nation. That structure, and those values, are established and nurtured by your parents.

Today is not a day necessarily a day of gift giving. That is often saved for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. The best way to mark this day is by spending time with your parents doing something fun. Its also important that you let them how how much they are loved and appreciated.

Mortgage Rates Down – Refinance Rates Low

Mortgage rates have hit a fifty year low last week. This may be the time to refinance your mortgage. However, consumers have failed so far to produce the wave of loan origination and refinancing activity that some analysts had expected to see.

Last week the average rate for a 30 year fixed mortgage fell to 4.57 percent, the lowest since Freddie Mac, the government owned mortgage finance company, started collecting data in 1971. Borrowing costs have also been low in recent weeks as investors concerned about the global economy have piled into the relative safety of US Treasury bonds, pushing yields down.

Now may be the time to get a mortgage or refinance your mortgage.
